How do we know it鈥檚 working? During the past year alone, 25% of the people on our team were promoted and 20% have had their job descriptions revised to accurately reflect their growth within their roles.

We believe in growing the skills of our teams. We encourage professional development through conferences, seminars, and webinars, as well as certificate programs and college-level degrees. We support memberships in professional organizations and offer tuition reimbursement to help employees on their career paths.

糖心原创 supports holiday charity drives benefiting organizations like Toys for Tots, Northfield Township Food Pantry, Timothy鈥檚 Ministry, and Heartland Animal Shelter. Individual teams have voluntarily taken part in additional community service activities of their choice, including Feed My Starving Children, Operation Christmas Child, sponsoring families in need, and more.

We have a yearly summer event and a holiday party where employees can gather with their work friends outside the office. 鈥淏usy Breaks鈥� are scheduled throughout the year, so employees can take a short break from their work to clear their minds, stretch their legs, and enjoy snacks and refreshments.
